A whiteboard is the standard in most classrooms today. Gone are the days of clapping erasers to get out chalk dusk and cleaning the blackboard, but what is the best way to clean a whiteboard? Maintaining a clean whiteboard is and will keep the space for writing ideas flowing.

Step 1. Throughly erase the whiteboard at the end of each day. Erase in short strokes up and down the entire board.

Step 2. Use the specially formulated white board cleanser to clean you board. Spray three quick spays onto an area of the board that is no larger than about 1-2 feet.

Step 3. Wipe that area of the board clean using a clean cloth, rag or paper towel until there are no marks left on the board.

Step 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the whole board is clean.
